Game Attack One Night Only’s primary goal is to show our community a fantastic time and have fun. To ensure this, Game Attack has established certain rules of conduct. These rules were put in place as to prevent anyone from disturbing anybody’s experience at the event, as well as guarantee a safe, comfortable, and fun atmosphere for everybody involved. Game Attack welcomes everyone; however, the event management reserves the right to deny or revoke the access of any individual, at any time, for any reason. This action may be taken when an individual's actions or behavior causes significant interference with event operations or adversely affects the relationship between the event and it’s guests and/or venue. Game Attack also reserves the right to amend or change these rules at any point in time without any prior or posted notice.

Anybody who accepts a Game Attack One Night Only pass hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Game Attack from any claim of personal injury or other damages or equity arising out of any individual’s activities at Game Attack One Night Only, even if such injury or damage is caused by negligence by or on part of the Game Attack staff.

In accordance with the general rating of Game Attack content, talent and guest behavior may escalate to a status of “Not Suitable for Minors” or “PG-17”, where vulgar language and profane humor will be active and open.

Game Attack strives to maintain an enjoyable and safe environment for attendees. However, Game Attack cannot take responsibility of the actions of individual attendees, nor will Game Attack assume the responsibility for minors. A minor is defined as a person under 21 years of age. Therefore the event is deemed 21+ and no attendees under the age of 21 years old will be allowed to attend, with No Exceptions. In the event that a minor enters the event under false pretenses or by forging documentation, Game Attack has no choice but to remand the minor in question immediately to the custody of the local police.

Game Attack also reserves the right to remove any suspicious materials, items, or equipment to preserve the safety of other equipment, items, event areas, attendees, and staff.

Please remember to check your provided lodging for any forgotten or misplaced possessions, as Game Attack is not responsible for returning or replacing any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen possessions, from any time or location during the event.

This included prop weapons, cosplay weapons, pellet guns, pocket knives, or any item resembling a weapon of any kind or form.

If any item is held or used in a threatening way, it will be considered a weapon. On such occasion, a staff member may take any reasonable measures to ensure the continued safety of all event attendees and staff, which could include confiscation of said weapon, revoking event attendance without refund, or remanding the attendee in question immediately to the custody of the local police. These policies are enforced at all times.

Game Attack One Night Only is about two things. Us and you. Not about Us and someone else. We want to make this event about reuniting a community of us and our fans, not any other characters or creations. Therefore we will not be promoting any cosplay usage during the event. Especially the kind with weapons, large props, helmets, masks, tools, or armored suits. Any outfits containing these features will be denying entry into event areas and you will have to return to your room to change.

If you witness harassment occurring, please encourage the victim to report it to event staff or security.

For the purpose of this section Game Attack defines all “Private Happenings” as all concerts, panels, shows, tournaments, game rooms, arcades, and any other events or event areas only open to attendees with valid passes. The term “Recording” means any media capturing medium or devices, audio, visual, or otherwise. You, the photographer or videographer, retain full copyright to the recordings you shoot but not the content contained within One Night Only. Game Attack grants you, the photographer or videographer, a creative commons share-alike non-commercial attribution license to any recordings you make at or of One Night Only. Uses beyond this license require permission from Game Attack. You agree to grant Game Attack a non-exclusive, sub-licensable irrevocable, perpetual, and universal license to use, distribute, perform and/or to incorporate your video or photos in other works in any form, media, or technology, including for-profit use. For any other terms of use or licensing please see creative commons by-nc-sa 3.0.

If you prefer not to have your picture taken, please inform Game Attack Staff. If anyone continues to photograph or record you against your will, it will be treated as harassment (see above).

Game Attack permits, and encourages, attendees to share photographs and recordings of their event experience on social media and personal webpages. Audio and video recordings, however, are subject to the above permissions. Parties interested in making recordings or performances for public interest uses should contact Game Attack via _________________.

Participants at Game Attack One Night Only and other Game Attack events are granting their permission to be photographed or recorded by authorized Game Attack individuals, staff, and hired videographers and photographers. By purchasing your pass, you inherently grant Game Attack permission to use such images or footage for archival or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to grant this permission, please inform Game Attack staff or event security.

Game Attack accepts payments via debit card, credit card, and paypal payments through our registration system. As the event will be selling tickets exclusively via the internet, no cash will be accepted as payment for any One Night Only pass purchases. We will attempt to resolve any dispute involving a debit/credit card payment to Game Attack following the tenets of good faith and fair dealing. Charge-backs (Denying payment to a credit card company for a specific charge) that are made for the sole purpose of avoiding payment, made without sufficient cause, or that are made without first attempting to resolve the dispute with Game Attack may result in permanent revocation of attendance privileges and possible legal action. Attendees who have an outstanding balance due to Game Attack must settle that balance within 14 days of the attempted purchase. Failure to do so will result in the pass being returned to Game Attack for resale to another attendee to purchase.

Should Game Attack ever need to provide a refund, it must be processed to the same debit/credit card for which the original purchase occurred. If that card is no longer active or not at the event, then Game Attack will issue a refund check after the event. This is a requirement in the terms of service with major credit card companies and cannot be violated.

Game Attack does not accept checks or money orders of any kind, in any form.

Game Attack will not be involved in any financial disputes between individual attendees, and cannot divulge information about an individual attendee to any party other than to banking officials or legal authorities acting on a legal order.

Game Attack accepts no liability for actions of any kind taken by individuals in the confines of your assigned private hotel rooms. Anyone planning on hosting a party or a get-together in a hotel room is strongly advised to check for One Night Only passes and to deny entrance to anyone who is not attending the event. Responsibility for incidents occurring in the hotel guest rooms rests solely upon the individual who is assigned that specific hotel room. This includes payment for all damage, whether caused intentionally or unintentionally, and any hotel amenities that are stolen from your assigned hotel rooms. Any damage or theft of hotel property that occurs outside of hotel rooms will result in fines and arrests at the hotel’s discretion, and Game Attack accepts no responsibility for your actions, will not be held accountable, and is not responsible for any fines, fees, or bail for any attendees.

Please note that if Game Attack staff, event staff, or event security is provided with sufficient evidence to suggest illegal activities being performed in any event-purchased hotel rooms, particularly those that may cause harm to another person or to the well-being or the event as a whole, we have both a civic and moral responsibility to report such information to the appropriate authorities.

Hotel rooms will be randomly assigned to attendees, no attendee has special treatment in regards to which room they receive, however special accommodations and rooms may be assigned based on the situation, such as next door rooms for couples and handicap-capable rooms if necessary.

The standards for Game Attack One Night Only will be strictly enforced by event security and staff. All event security will be clearly identified as such on site. Your passes are property of Game Attack for the duration of the event, and must be presented and/or surrendered to any staff member or security member requesting it. If you have any problem with any action taken by a staff member you may take the matter to the chief of security or other Game Attack staff members. We make every attempt to be fair but we cannot tolerate behavior that threatens the peace and well-being of our attendees or organization.

At Game Attack One Night Only, there will be no sale of merchandise of any kind. Not even official Game Attack Merch sold by us. However, every attendee will be provided with an exclusive merch bag that will be in your hotel room upon your arrival. The bag includes several pieces of never-before-seen event-exclusive merchandise that will never be available on our store! No spoilers!

We have attempted to provide food options for all major food allergies in the included meals and snacks. However the options aren’t perfect and every meal is not suitable for all attendees with specific food allergies. If you have a food allergy, we advise you to tell a event staff member, and you will be assisted in which foods are safe for you to eat. If no other option is available, Game Attack is not responsible to guarantee any sort of reimbursement or alternative meal be provided to the attendee. Please prepare properly!
